Senior Clinical Programme Manager: Late & Early Phase Clinical Trials.

Responsible for up to 3 parallel clinical trials, your position will ensure all areas of the clinical trials are running smoothly and to best practices.

Reporting to executive level management you will have full autonomy over study planning and project / programme delivery, including timescales, budges and team management.

As team leader you should be confident managing your time between hands on clinical operations activities and team management being accountable for: Study planning, site management and CRO / vendor management. Other duties will include working closely with the Biometrics team and cross functionally across the business ensuring best proactive and active communication laterally and vertically across this growing business to ensure the end goal of product approval is met.

Previous experience should include:

6 + years clinical operations / clinical trial management / clinical project management

Background as a registered Nurse (RN)

Proven experience managing cross functional internal relationships

CRO vendor management and auditing

Excellent understanding of GCP ICH & FDA regulations and the requirements of clinical trials

FDA interaction and defence

Late as well as early phase clinical trials experience with a concentration of Phases II & III

Excellent organisational and project management skills
