Senior Client Insights Manager

CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER - up to a 6 MONTH CONTRACT - AMSTERDAM

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced Customer Insight Manager for a multinational company in Amsterdam. This project's objective is to provide the client's customers with a better customer experience. The Customer Insight Manager role is responsible for a team of analysts supporting the marketing team. As Insight Manager you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the team, developing the strategic questions, managing team workload and stakeholder relationships.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- Managerial work within corporate environment
- Deliver monthly presentations to the Board
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Liaise and build relationships with customers to ensure that Insight team projects are scheduled effectively, driven forward and customer expectations are managed.

AS A CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE:

- Experience of management role in a large corporate environment
- Demonstrated Customer Insights experience
- Stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Experience with road-maps
- Comfortable delivering presentation to the Board
- Work easily with people from different departments
- The ability to communicate and influence at all levels

- Duration: up to a 6 months with possibility of extension
