MS Visio and Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of Cisco technologies:
Cisco Switches N2/N3 (3750, 2960, 4500)
Wireless Controllers (5508, 2500, 2600, Flex)
Knowledge of IOS
Languages: French
