For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

SENIOR CHARLES RIVER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM APPLICATION SUPPORTER (CONTRACT)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for the uptime and incident management of the Charles River platform which represents more than 200 portfolio managers
- Provide day-to-day CRIMS Production Support
- Track and solve tickets and act as key stakeholder for the applications you are responsible for
- Manage communication with internal clients within the Business and other IT teams
- Investigate problems involving multiple systems and other IT teams
- On-site support for Portfolio Managers

REQUIREMENTS

- Very good Know-How of the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
- Working experience as an Application Supporter
- Good knowledge of the finance sector in general
- Strong team-player with great analytical and problem-solving skills
- English fluent, German is a plus

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Daily rate: 760 Swiss Francs (all inclusive)
- Location: Zurich City
