Je functie: Context
A new process team has just been created and several initiatives need to be taken to be able to address all process-related responsibilities within the domain of 'digital customer intimacy and customer experience'. Concretely this means all product servicing and processes related to channels (bricks and non-bricks), data and customer relationship management need to be covered in terms of business process management.
Some activities have already been started or were taken over from previous teams with a different scope, others need to start from scratch / a first draft like process monitoring.
Function Description
Responsibilities:
Create a process monitoring dashboard for the full process scope of the team:
° Identify within the scoping exercise the processes which need to be represented within the process dashboard.
° Compare the list with the existing monitoring, work done in various teams before the reorganisation. Analyse the gap and define the detailed needs of a 'to be' dashboard. Ensure all stakeholders involvement & buy-in.
° Document requirements of the 'to be' dashboard.
° Link this 'to be' dashboard with the process catalogue.
° Have the 'to be' dashboard validated by all stakeholders.
° Start first implementation of the dashboard.
° Hand-over documentation and knowledge to the internal team.
Assist to channel coherence assessments in order to increase our documentation maturity across domains.

Education
University graduate or equivalent by experience.
Languages Requirement
French Sound knowledge of French and Dutch.
Dutch Sound knowledge of French and Dutch.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Affinity with processes, applications and systems
Affinity with business cases
Good with MS office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Knowledge of ARIS publisher, if possible also ARIS business designer
Business Experience
Mandatory
Knowledge of banking domain
Knowledge of BNP Paribas Fortis organization
Experience in constructing dashboards
Experience in process monitoring
