Senior Change Manager (Org & People Change) - Australia

This organisation is going through significant change and transformation and a top flight change manager is required to help them on that journey. This is NOT about IT change, it's about orgnaisational change and how you gear up for changing your operating model. It's about facilitating teams and significantly, it's about working within an ambiguous, unstructured environment where not everything is mapped out for you. This is a very 'hands on' role for someone who can be sensitive to the way people work but at the same time help them to change. The ideal person will also need to be able to work confidently with senior stakeholders and sponsors. The opportunity is an exciting one for someone who's got a background in organisational change, process change and people/cultural change. It requires energy and flexibility as well as dynamism and the ability to spot the issues before they even arise. The business will be going through root and branch transformation over the next few years. This is wholesale change to its TOM, culture, systems and processes. The key here is for someone who can muck in and work at pace as well as build some structure at the same time. There are projects and initiatives that are known about and those that for now are under wraps, and being able to react to a continually changing landscape is required.
