One of our major Global clients based in Zurich is currently looking for a Senior Change Manager Communications specialist to help implement a new technology platform and drive a major inhouse transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and run the change approach and plan for the program
*Work with Program streams and local Change owners to develop the deployment schedul per country to ensure the successful adoption of the change.
*From a Change perspective implement the transition plan and approach to address the gaps in the operating model including the coordination of local resources.
*Plan and manage the Workday training for Program and business users
*Develop and run the communications plan
*Produce communication material
Required Experience/Skills:
Essential:
*Track record in the successful delivery of change projects
*Proven successful impact on the business
*Excellent communications skills
*Previous experience within the banking sector in a similar role
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Assertiveness & excellent follow through
*Fluent English and German language knowledge
Languages:
English AND German is a must
