Senior Change Manager - Communication

Our client is currently implementing a new strategy and needs a Senior Change Manager to implement and run the transition plan for the program.

The ROLE:
You will support all user groups conducting change readiness and change impact assessment
Develop change adoption tools, techniques and materials for all user groups working with local change owners per location
Manage employee transition process working with local deployment teams to ensure consistent delivery
You will plan and manage the Workday training for IT and non IT users
You will be responsible for the communication of the program (advising appropriate communication at different levels and producing communication material for the Executive Advisory Board)
You will develop and run a stakeholder management approach and plan for the Program

You NEED:
- Min 7 years proven change management experience
- Track record of managing and driving project implementation
- Experienced in global programs
