Senior Change Manager (Brussels)

E2E Operations Invest is actively looking for a Change Manager to reinforce its Process & Change Management team within the Mifid II program.
MiFID in a nutshell: When selling invest products, the Bank should
(i) capture the needs of the client,
(ii) offer suitable products only,
(iii) give suitable advice if requested,
(iv) sell suitable products only, and
(v) record and archive for 20 years all client interactions.
MiFID I was due in 2007. MiFID II, being an intensivation of the MiFID I ruling, is due YE 2016. MiFID II is part of a Group project.
The position lies within "E2E Process Management & Business Change Invest" department who is in charge of the delivery of processes &
processes documentation for Securities Handling & Private Banking business.
The Job holder will be part of the Process & Change Management stream and s/he will report to the head of E2E Process Management Estates &
Portfolio Management (with functional reporting to the Mifid II project manager).

Function Description
S/He will be responsible for the change management for the various Mifid II sub projects: identifying the impacts, the impacted populations, defining the
change plan, communication plan, training plan for each stream of the project and ensuring the coordination and coherence of all plans at
program level, organizing the change management actions, organizing post go live support,…etc
S/He is therefore supposed to quickly :
- Understand the current way of working
- Understand the changes brought by the project Mifid II and the consequences for the work on the floor.

Impacted processes encompass a.o advice, reporting, pricing, customer information gathering, ,…etc
The position requires a close interaction with the project delivery teams from IT and from Retail and Private Banking (Marketing, Sales &
Investments). As well as with the Securities and Private process teams

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the Invest domain

° Solid experience of change management in major project
° Solid experience in communication to internal and external stakeholders
° Experience in Banking/Invest sector.
