Our company launched a major initiative towards the renewal of its Public Site being a strategic arm of its global digital strategy. Public Site is
probably the most critical area for the years to come especially considering the digital strategy defined over the last months and the need to use digital
channels as key communication supporting tool for servicing and selling.
Beside strategy, concept elaboration, development and content management aspects, Change Management is a key stream as it will
ensure that both internal and external customers are in the best condition to make use of our new channel.

Function Description
The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and transparent transition for BNPPF when moving from an old Public
website to a new both from a technological and user experience point of view.
The function mainly include the following items:
° Preparing training material for internal customers
° Setting-up training sessions
° Elaborate a "continuous process improvement approach"
° Facilitating the definition and the way to implement a new organization in line with the newly defined digital offering
° Documenting an investment plan for reaching the right organization
° Reviewing all internal processes and notes impacted by the renewal of a Public Site
° Identifying and defining new processes required to support the organization
° Interacting with internal contributors assigned to Change Management activities
° Following Pilot deployment and feedbacks
° Define BAU budget after fixing the maintenance strategy for the new asset
Ensure that side effects of a digital migration are managed.

Experience
Experience in deploying a new digital solution into a major organisation.
At least 5-7 years of general experience with a significant experience in Change Management. Experience in WCM migration project is a plus.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Good knowledge & understanding of:
° Business Process Modeliing tool
° Web Content Management Systems (preferably Teamsite)
° User of MS Office (especially ppt. and Excel) / Sharepoint products.

Technical skills to be considered as an asset during the selection process.
