Je functie: Context:
Payments Process and Change management team has as objective to document, manage and improve payment processes in order to increase the
customer satisfaction and ensure an efficient processing from the front (branches) to the back (operations) of the bank's activities. The team is also active in supporting the
operational teams during the transitions. Support is provided through communication, training and on-site support.
Current major initiatives are impacting the bank's processing and require change management actions to ensure a good level of adoption of the users.

Function Description:
Responsibilities:
° Identification of key stakeholders (in multiple countries/geographies)
° Analysis of current tasks performed by these stakeholders
° Analysis of projects impacting the coming releases and if there are change activities to be performed
° Align with the release management team
° Prepare business impact analysis based on current projects and feedbacks
° Document gaps in terms of change management
° Develop detailed change plan
° Define the change activities to be done for each step of the project
° Suggest efficient templates and tools to ensure successful change activities
° Monitor adoption of the impacted stakeholders
° Start active communication with directly impacted or indirectly impacted stakeholders
° Animate workshops with stakeholders
° Prepare final user acceptance test
° Follow-up of the final user acceptance test
° Prepare lessons learned
° Report to management of key results
