For our banking client we are looking for a

Change manager

Duration: 31/12/2016

Location: Geneva - bilingual French/English

Responsibilities

- Support the Change and Configuration Management process focusing on the process alignment.
- Provide continuous support to all processes.
- Support to improve the Service Management tool for Incident, Problems, Changes, Configuration and all service driven activities (request for service, service catalogue).

Training

- ITIL v3 certification
- Project Management knowledge (PMI, Prince2 etc)
- Change Management

Profile

- Communication skills,
- Bilingual French/English,
- Ability to set priorities,
- Resistant to stress,
- Team spirit, proactive,
- Detailed oriented
- Able to implement change processes and standards
- Strong client focus and customer service oriented

Experience

- Extensive experience in process implementation and improvement
- Exposure to datacenter operational management and strong understanding of the risks
- Previous experience in private banking environment necessary
- IT background (Remedy a plus)
