Senior Change Manager

Speller International has been asked to recruit for a Senior Change Manager to join a busy Change Team, working on a large ERP implementation project in Wellington, New Zealand.

This role is initially 6 months and will be leading an existing team, so the successful applicant will need to hit the ground running and will be great at building and maintaining rapport.  

The key focus of the role will include:

- Development and execution of change management approaches
- Identification of change management requirements and advising these to stakeholders
- Coordinate the Change & Readiness team with regard to impact and business readiness assessment activities
- Develop change management capability
- Organisation design and transition management

Joining an established yet welcoming team, the incumbent will be positioned between the Change Managers and the Change Lead, providing professional support and coordination to the team. There will be a requirement to get a handle on already established change activities and be able to build immediate rapport with stakeholders.
