Our client is a Swiss pharmaceutical company, based in Basel. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking an English speaker Change Manager for a 6 months contract, starting on 01.06.2013.
As a Senior Organizational Change Manager your responsibilities would be the following:
- Conduct research, analysis and assessments as needed to identify key obstacles to adoption of the model and key behaviours that reflect adoption
- Contribute to the identification and development of key messages, effective approaches, and a strategy to overcome those obstacles
- Assist with planning and contribute to the design and development of communications, trainings, meetings, website content, and other materials, methods, and techniques necessary to execute Organizational Change Management the strategy
- Assist with the management of OCM activity and tracking of process
- Help with periodic assessments of the effectiveness of the OCM efforts and appropriate adjustments of the strategy and its execution to leverage successes and overcome shortfalls
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- Ideally college or master diploma
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
- 2 years experience as a Senior Change Manager
- Excellent knowledge of OCM methodologies, tools
- Working experience within an international, big organization
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Solid communication skills
- Fluency in English
