Senior Change Management Specialist

For our client, an international global player, we are currently seeking an experienced SENIOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST. This position is based in Basel, Switzerland, and is a contract until the end of the year with possible extension options (start ASAP)

In this challenging role you will define and implement a new Change Management Strategy on a global level. You will liaise with different stake holders and project managers in order to successfully implement the new solution.

Requirements:

- Documented experience in Change Management (10+ years)
- Profound experience with change management methodologies and tools
- Previous experience in a global environment is mandatory
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical/life science industry is a big plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
- Ability to communicate and influence on all levels
