CHANGE MANAGEMENT/COMMUNICATION SUPPORT RESOURCES
Change Management/Communication Support Resources. We look to bring on board two experienced change managers to support the overall change efforts around a major transformation project for an international bank located in Zurich. You will be part of the central Change Management Stream.
YOUR TASKS:
- Establishing a network of change owners in each location and then developing/running the change adoption tools, techniques and materials for all user groups
- Working with the program streams and local change owners to develop the deployment schedule per country to ensure successful adoption of the change
- Implementing the transition plan and approaching to address the gaps in the operating model including coordination of the local resources
- Planning and managing the workday training for different users as part of overall training needs analysis
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 7-10 years proven change management experience
- Track record of managing and driving project implementation
- Corporate communications and banking background would be a plus
- Languages: fluent in English and German both written and spoken
