IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Design communication guidelines and standards for three OCM projects
-Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, incl. content creation and coordination with owners of global channels
-Assist in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings etc.
-Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
-Identify additional OCM activities that ensure the success of projects
-Travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, potentially also San Francisco)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in Communication Management
-Relevant experience in a multinational company
-Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form
-Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully in projects
-Experience in change projects and interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
-Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed personality with analytical skills
-Excellent English language skills
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiarity with Google Suite
-Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms (such as Sailpoint) is of advantage
