Senior Change Analyst

Are you an experienced Business or Change Analyst with a solid understanding of the processes that are required to build efficient and forward thinking mobile app's and online banking platforms? Have you previously worked in telephony, mobile or online channels? If so, then please get in contact.

The successful candidates will be heavily involved in documenting process flows and process maps, as well as, documenting Operating Models, defining the implementation approach and setting test plans to implement.

If so, then we would like to speak to as our client has several contract positions across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Liverpool.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- Knowledge of Telephony, Mobile or Online Channel processes with a Retail Bank.
- Extensive knowledge and passion for process mapping, improvement and reengineering.
- Experience in various aspects of analysis, including requirements engineering and definition and business process modelling.
- A demonstrable track record of working under pressure, including the delivery of projects and programmes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong time management skills enabling you to work on multiple concurrent projects.
