Manning Global, is urgently looking for a Senior CEA and Machine Learning Expert for our client, a prestigious international telecommunications company, to be based in Luxembourg.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-- Apply data mining, statistics and machine learning to measure, understand and predict customer behavior, customer loyalty etc
-- Investigate, prototype and productionize features and machine learning models to improve customer satisfaction
-- Build scalable predictive models with large number of features
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-- PhD in Data mining, Machine learning, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Operations, Research, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline
-- 10+ years experiences and expertise with predictive analytics/statistical modelling/machine learning such as Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, K-Nearest Neighbors, Markov Chain Monte Carlo, Gibbs Sampling etc., Evolutionary Algorithms (eg Genetic Algorithms, Genetic Programming), Support Vector Machines, Neural Networks, Deep Belief Nets, RBMs etc
-- 5+ years experiences with customer experience assurance & management
-- Very strong mathematical and statistical background
-- Expert in at least two of the following programming languages: Scala, Python, Java, C++, or R
-- Strong domain knowledge on mobile operator network infrastructure
-- Proficient with big data systems and methodologies: Spark, Hadoop, Cascading, Hive, Pig
-- Performance tuning experience for large computation systems
-- Experience in writing design documents
-- Team Player
-- Flexible
-- Self-driven, self-managed, and highly motivated
-- Pragmatic (seeking for solutions that work)
-- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
-- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
