Senior Carer

The Brighouse Branch are looking to recruit & employ a Senior Care Assistant to assist with the management of complex and challenging Care Plans, care regimes and processes.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for Care Planning, Care Management, inducting and performance managing other members of the care delivery team.

The complex and continuing nature of the services that we supply, place significant challenges to our operational teams and management protocols. The successful candidate will have at least one years experience within a continuing care environment with practical, hand-on experience. Ideally the successful candidate will also have senior care experience and will be able to demonstrate a history of managing people in a supported and/or caring environment.

Restraint training will be provided as Control & Restraint practise is an aspect of this role when operating in certain environments. The successful candidate will be physically able and ideally will have experience in a Mental Health and/or challenging care environment.
