Senior Campaign Manager is required by a top London based Digital agency to work on one of their largest accounts. They are looking for an energetic and ambitious Digital Senior Campaign Manager to work on this high profile agency account which is a multi-channel piece of business spanning Direct Response TV, Retail, Direct Mail, Press, Door Drops, Digital, Web, Analytics, Social communications. You'll be working across digital projects for the account, focusing on rich, dynamic and social digital display media.  The nature of the business is fast paced and exciting, and requires experienced candidate, who is driven, adaptable and capable of driving campaigns autonomously.  The ideal candidate will require flawless client services  and delivery skills, a team approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle numerous priorities simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the AD and develop solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact.
- Attend client briefings and consider how best the client brief can be met.
- Interrogate creative briefs and encourage creative teams to develop work in line with required strategic direction
- Support the AD and help to oversee day to day operational aspects of a project and scope. Accountable for high quality project delivery to agreed deadlines.
- Prepare deliverables for reviews and quality assurances procedures. Ensure systematic client reviews of work.
- Liaise closely with planning to understand client strategic goals and the competitive environment.
- Manage budget control, producing cost estimates, monitoring project scope creep, tracking team hours and expenses to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
- Arrange regular client status/monthly meetings and produce status and contact reports.
- To be up-to-date on trends and platforms, and equipped with creativity and innovative ideas.

EXPERIENCE:

- 2-3 years digital agency experience.
- Good understanding of the agency, planning, creative and production processes.
- Experience of delivering display media on fast turnaround production accounts, know delivery and have a track record in hands on delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and able to manage workload effectively.
- Ambitious, fun, adaptable, confident and self-motivated.
- Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
