SENIOR CALLIDUS (SME) - TELCO/MOBILE

I am currently looking for a Senior Callidus Subject Matter Expert to lead a global implementation. You will be working for the world's second-largest multinational mobile telecommunications company operating in over 65 countries with revenues in excess of £46.4 billion, employing over 86,000 employees.

MUST HAVES:

- Prior experience managing diverse stakeholders in a multi-country compensation management solution implementation is required.
- Successfully managed system integrator IT Back End delivery while engaging with the key country stakeholders
- Prior multi-country Callidus program planning experience is highly desirable
- Strong client facing skills and will most likely have more that 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Will need to successfully articulate an approach to this challenge
- The target heterogenous compensation management landscape does currently include country level Callidus implementation which are live
- This Global solution implementation will seek to establish a common standard which will meet the country needs
