Senior C++ Developer/Integrator (Linux) with exp. with Market Data Sys

On behalf of our client, a leading, multinationalfinancial services company, Swisslinx is currently seeking Senior C++ Developer for a contract to start ASAP in Zurich.

Are you looking for a challenging contract where you can apply your strong development skills and strengthen your integration skills in a complex market data system environment?

In this 6-months contract, you will be working in the market Data IT Solutions Integration team, responsible for design and architectural decisions regarding the implementation of market data distribution systems. This also includes the opportunity to participate in discussions with global major market data vendors such as Reuters, Bloomberg, SIX Financial Information and others. Additionally, you will get to work in a global, multi-cultural team in a very dynamic environment.

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

- Min. 5 years experience as Linux C++ Software Developer in high-availability, load-balanced, low latency, high volume distribution system environments
- Min. 3 years experience with market data distribution systems and their APIs
- Min. 2 years experience with SIX Financial Information Market Data Feeds and their APIS
- Excellent software development AND integration knowledge
- Fluent English; German is an asset
