Senior Buyer

SENIOR BUYER - IMMEDIATE START - 4 MONTH CONTRACT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Buyer to join a well known construction and engineering company within their London offices. This is a temporary 4 month contract and the ideal candidate will need to be immediately available. This is a major projects infrastructure scheme.

Responsibilities:

- Procurement of architectural subcontract work packages
- Collation and issue of Invitation to tender documents
- Analysis of tenders
- Preparation of award recommendations
- Preparation of subcontract documents
- Attend meetings as required

Your Experience and Background:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

- Knowledge of NEC3 suite of contracts
- Ability to draft subcontract documentation

IDEAL BACKGROUND:

- Previous experience of all the above on multi disciplinary infrastructure project fit outs

QUALIFICATIONS:

- RICS or CIPS
