OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS AREA:

Senior business tester role in a high profile regulatory compliance project. The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain extensive experience of all aspects of derivatives regulatory reporting. Working as part of a highly motivated and growing team of international regulatory professionals.

Regulatory Trade Reporting is a global PB & WM project that is part of the Global OTC Derivatives Program (GODP). It has the goal to deliver an integrated regulatory trade reporting platform for the PB & WM's global derivatives trading business. The project is based in Zurich, but has global scope.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will take responsibility as a Senior Test Manager for topics like, test strategy, planning, design, E2E execution, defect management, documentation (ALM).
- Drive exchange with SMEs and coordinate testing delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met
- Coordinate resolution of issues raised by the end users
- Working independently under the guidance of a senior project lead
- Proactively liaise with team leaders, business analysts and senior management stakeholders
- Work with the development team to implement automated test cases
- Provide sign off on test outcomes prior to go-live

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

- At least 5-7 years professional testing experience within Capital Markets and/or Private Banking and Wealth Management Industry and/or regulatory environments (especially derivative products know how)
- Track record of working as Senior Business Test Manager in banking/finance environment
- Be a self-starter, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership
- Well-structured working style, reliable and dedicated, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies (conceptually strong and a delivery-oriented problem solver)
- Strong analytic and problem solving skill
- Good client communication skills/able to independently liaise with end users
- Flexible on moving targets/changing requirementsFluent English language knowledge

Desir

- Testing Certification(s)
- Good understanding of current regulatory developments (eg FinfraG, EMIR, etc.)
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Cultural sensitivity in order to work in a global environment
- Good spoken and written German
- Experience with front applications like Frona Arena, Finacle Treasury, Fenics, Spades, PrimeSwap
