JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for candidate with Strong DATA MODELING Experience.

- Create and review people-related data, including HR, compensation and employee performance data with the ability to create processes and move them forward.
- Interact with upper management in presenting information.
- Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field OR 4 Years of related experience
- 8 Years of IT Business Analysis Experience in Health Care, Insurance and/or another industry appropriate environment for the supported business unit.
- Strong Business Intelligence (BI) experience to include: data analysis, table relationships, understanding relational databases and report presentation.
- Use of BI tools, such as Cognos, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, SAS, SQL Server.
