Senior Business Support OTC (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-In this position you will be responsible for OTC project support and cash management handling
-Therefore you will analyze and coordinate projects and you will be in close collaboration with the stakeholders in Europe
-You will support as Customer Service Desk backup
-Therefore you will be in close interaction with sales force and manage all customer enquiries
-You will solve or escalate order and logistics related issues/requests and customer complains
-One more task will be to manage full cycle of Traded Goods delivered orders and to handle and monitor all order types and order tracking

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and relevant experience in logistics and/or customer service
-Also you have very good project management skills
-Finance exposure and good knowledge of SAP (SD and FI) is a plus
-You are a self-starting, analytical thinker, who is strong at setting priorities
-Fluency in English and German is required, any additional languages is a plus
