Our client is a Global Bank based in Zurich and we are looking for a candidates on the long term basis.
YOUR ROLE:
As a key member of the CFO/COO organisation, you will play a vital role in driving the alignment of business strategy to the operational and IT design (and associated process, models and road maps to achieve tactical and strategic delivery)
You will:
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders, at all levels, throughout the group.
- Drive transformational change throughout the organisation by being involved with high calibre, high profile programs and senior stakeholders.
- Deliver objective architectural recommendations and follow-on actions to senior Change Leads and Program Managers
- Provide pragmatic and constructive feedback: business models, service design, processes, systems & infrastructure and the development approach: design, delivery and implementation
- Continuously improve Credit Suisse's delivery capabilities and assurance standards.
- Lead architecture workshops and focus groups for senior stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS:
- Proven track record of 10+ years of demonstrable solution architect experience in financial services.
- Broad business architecture knowledge that encompasses business models, service design, processes, systems & infrastructure
- A hands-on practitioner with a successful track record of leading and delivering large, complex change programs encompassing business and technology change.
- Experience in modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques and an appreciation of how to develop a robust pragmatic architecture.
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to act in a leadership position and to interact efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels with the organisation.
- Ability to visualise and create high-level operating models and other representations which present different views of the business at varying levels of detail and can be adjusted as required for complex scenarios
- Ability to translate business level information through to technical/development teams & personnel (both internaland you feel that your skills match the requirements for this position, then send me your CV today Or call me.
