Senior Business Process Manager - Asset Management - Fund Accounting

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The key objective of the CFAR project is to improve the client accounting, fund accounting and reporting processes. The objective is to bring these business capabilities at par compared to peers in the industry. This will be accomplished by redesigning upstream processes to become more event and exception driven.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Senior process consultant manages complex assignments in the field of business process management. Broad focus and acts as a full grown partner for line management at Managing Director level. Subject specialist and acts as coach.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

-Assertiveness to acquire detailed information and to document this information in a comprehensive manner for business representatives but also technically correct to be in line with stakeholders such as Enterprise architecture and Operational risk
-Adopt a logical and thorough approach for analysing process flows and requirements
-Interact with multiple internal stakeholders with the ability to understand their (parts of the) process

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN PLANNING AND EXECUTING ACTIVITIES IN A PRO-ACTIVE SELF-STARTING MANNER:

-Extensive knowledge as process consultant within a financial organizations;
-Modeling language: Experience in modelling in BPMN (2.0)
-Tooling: Experience in modelling in Bizz Design
-The extent to which candidates possesses the aforementioned overall requirements and experience also determines the seniority level suggested by the supplier and the position the candidate will hold
-Must be an expert business process manager and able to lead a small team
-A senior is considered an expert business process manager within financial organizations and able to lead complex assignments
