Je functie: Context
The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for routine and ad hoc analysis of processes that impact achievement of organizational goals including financial, operational, and compliance issues. Producing metrics to assist in monitoring/analysing performance; presenting options to solve problems, as well as guiding the implementation of an optimal solution -- contribute to the efficient achievement of goals; enhance quality/service; streamline delivery; increase customer satisfaction; and/or optimize profitability.

Function Description
Responsibilities and deliverables:
° Conducts analysis on "as is" business state to determine if an improved "to be" solution can be defined and successfully implemented [e.g., call volumes/types, cost factors, processing accuracy/timelines/efficiency, construction workflows, camera maintenance/support, etc.]
° Builds effective partnerships with key leaders/stakeholders to develop/monitor key performance indicators [KPI's] and progress toward quality-enhancement goals.
° Develops diagnostic and/or data tracking tools to measure defects/recommend solutions. Implements forecasting tools/models, based on trends/patterns/sequences discovered in process data analysis.
° Presents recommendations for workflow design changes/refinement to key stakeholders.
° Project-manages the implementation of business process improvement recommendations [e.g., new process/work flow, new process variability controls, education of incumbents/stakeholders on enhanced processes, etc.]

Experience
6 years experience in role of increasing responsibility in private-sector operations/process improvement/process excellence/six sigma or related field, including 5+ years experience in business process engineering/re-engineering in high-volume transaction-processing environments

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Knowledge of Process management methodologies and applicable within banking environment.
° Proven track record of successfully applying Lean Six Sigma or other formal process improvement methodologies to solve cross-functional business
° Microsoft office applications

Preferable
Ability to use statistical software effectively in data analysis
