Context
The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for routine and ad hoc analysis of processes that impact achievement of organizational goals including financial, operational, and compliance issues.
Function Description
Responsibilities and deliverables:
° Conducts analysis on "as is" business state to determine if an improved "to be" solution can be defined and successfully implemented [e.g., call volumes/types, cost factors, processing accuracy/timelines/efficiency, construction workflows, camera maintenance/support, etc.]
° Within projects, describes the "as is" and "to be" business states according to the business requirements and discussions with the Project Manager.
° Defines the Governance for Process Owners within Alpha Credit.
