A prestigious Federal Government Department is currently looking for a Senior Business Planning Specialist!

THE ROLE:

The business planning specialist will develop the following deliverables:

- Revised Section business plans based on FTE and funding caps,
- Products and services responsibilities statements,
- Organisational transition plans to the new structure,
- Revised role statements for section directors and team leaders,
- Communication artefacts, including web Intranet content, to describe the new structure,
- Revised information management plans, and
- Revised risk management plans.
- facilitate a number of workshops

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Demonstrated abilities to develop organisational plans for Australian Government Departments.
- Demonstrated abilities as a consultant.
- This proposal requires senior organisational planning skills including proven ability to develop:
- Section Plans and responsibilities statements,
- Organisational Transition Plans,
- Role statements for senior personnel,
- Skills requirement statements, skills audits and training plans,
- Communication artefacts, including web Intranet content, and
- information management plans, and
- risk management plans.

CANDIDATES MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS WHO CURRENTLY HOLD A TOP SECRET (NV LEVEL 2) SECURITY CLEARANCE.
