Yoh has a six (6) month contract opportunity for a SENIOR BUSINESS OPERATION ANALYST to join our client in Atlanta, GA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Operations Support Analyst position will require incisive thinking to analyst and covey support and monitoring performance results in a clear and concise format to various leadership levels. The Analyst will need to learn the business and understand the data to support problem solving and critical thinking. Lastly, the candidate would have expertise in the visualization of data and findings, as well as the ability work cross-functionally and assist business owners with appropriately developing and communicating findings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the Support/Monitoring teams and leadership to develop quality KPI reporting, by identifying relevant performance and service indicators.
- Work with technical resources to obtain data needed to perform analysis.
- Perform reporting, modelling and statistical analysis of key performance indicators and other Support/Monitoring and technology activity.
- Identify best practices and standardize custom reports/processes.
- Produce and present executive level PowerPoint presentations to communicate Support/Monitoring Performance and significant points and related issues.
- Identify Support/Monitoring issues, then root cause them through data analysis and make recommendations on how to solve them, as a handoff to project management team assigned to manage initiatives to correct issues and drive improvement.

- Experience producing Call Center and/or technology performance reporting.
- Prior knowledge of intraday interaction with Call Centers.
- Knowledge of Dispatch Systems work, is highly desirable.
- Experience developing scorecards and executive level reports and presentations.
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Self-starter.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Ability to run Business Objects, SQL
- Previous start-up experience
