Senior Business Intelligence Officer

One of our key clients is currently seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Officer to join their team for a long term contract, located in Sydney's CBD.

The ideal candidate will take the lead role in working with end users and subject matter experts to identify develop and documents reporting and functional requirements.

The position is also responsible for developing Front End BI solutions to enable the strategic analysis of corporate data.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive experience in reporting, with in-depth knowledge of report development life cycle, experience with relational database systems and strong understanding of data warehousing concept and methodologies
- Demonstrate experience in Business Intelligence solutions (eg Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Tools)
- Proven track record with working with a diverse range of end users and subject matter experts, to identify, develop and document reporting and functional requirements.
- Significant analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Extensive experience in supporting user acceptance testing and designing and delivering end-user training.
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
