Senior Business Intelligence Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the IT Development Manager, this role encompasses delivering on project and team objectives by developing, enhancing and maintaining systems and system interfaces in support of multiple corporate functions, departments and clients.

Core functions of the role include:

Developing and maintaining ETL (Extract Transformparticipation in appropriate unit, system, integrated and user acceptance testing.
Provision of on-going maintenance and production support of applications or tools.
And, other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

Experience working with complex data sets.
Experience using Microstrategy, Business Objects or similar
Five or more years' experience using PL/SQL at an advanced level.
Data Warehouse experience is essential with knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Builder
Business Intelligence experience is essential.
Technical training, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 
Experience with projects through which multiple systems are integrated, including design and implementation of high-level and detailed project plans.
Knowledge of Agile practices is advantageous.
