Senior Business Design Analyst

A leading global bank are looking for a Senior Business Design Analyst to join a large business change programme.

The Senior Business Design Analyst will be required to do the following:

* Lead, define and manage business design projects

* Lead the understanding of current state assessments of processes and identify opportunities for process redesign resulting in operational improvements

* Define and build high level and detailed business requirements for multiple opportunities.

* Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure full sponsorship attained for multiple projects, ensuring all different demands were met.

* Work with technology to create and define solutions for business design initiatives.

The Senior Business Design Analyst MUST HAVE solid Retail/Corporate Banking experience and a proven track record delivering business change, process driven projects across financial services
