Senior Business Continuity Relationship Manager

Business Continuity Management (BCM) comprises: * Business Relationship Management * Crisis Management * BCM Service Continuity * BCM Program Governance & Reporting Main Duties * Work with colleagues in the global BCM team as well as other key stakeholders to develop and improve a business aligned and globally consistent BCM program * Partner with business leadership and service owners to ensure resiliency of the firm's business functions * Drive BCM education and awareness throughout the organization * Work with business contacts to develop and implement efficient and effective Business Continuity plans * Ensure compliance to the firm's BCM policies and standards as well as Regulatory, Risk Management and Compliance standards * Drive validation and capability analysis initiatives * Facilitate seamless crisis response * Negotiate first responder and service owner support for BCM initiatives and crisis response activities and ensure emergency preparedness across the organization Person Requirements Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree * 5+ years Business Continuity experience * 3+ years experience working in Capital Markets and financial industry Preferred Qualifications: * Masters degree, preferably in Business Administration or IT * Client facing experience with highly discerning senior management * Project leadership experience, including strategy development, execution and governance * Solid understanding of IT terminology and resiliency * Proven success in relationship management
