Senior Business Consultant - SAP Support

An opportunity has become available for a SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT - SAP SUPPORT to support, maintain and develop the SAP business application COVERING FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCE AND PAYROLL FUNCTIONALITY.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Manage the aspects of Finance and HR modules from Organisational Management, Recruitment, Personnel Management, Time Management, Training and Events, OH&S, Payroll etc
- Provide internal consultancy service to system end users with particular emphasis on the Executive Information needs of the organisation
- Analyse new business requirements in life cycle terms
- Evaluate User Change Requests as to feasibility and Functional and Technical resource requirements
- Prepare User and Functional Specification Requirements for solution enhancements and reporting
- Undertake configuration and table maintenance of SAP
- Analyse SAP notes and associated support packs, including testing in the Development and Test clients, prior to application to production
- Undertake unit and integration testing and ensure system integrity and compliance with audit requirements

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- A highly developed business expertise within a defined and specific area of the human resources functionality of SAP R/3 discipline
- Proven experience in the end to end implementation of SAP notes, support packs including testing and assurance
- Knowledge of government HR/Payroll processes
- Familiarity with the processes relating to system enhancement evaluation and delivery
- Advanced computer skills over a range of software applications
- Proven service delivery experience with a strong client focus
- The ability to prepare reports and relevant documents
