You will have lead and delivered communications to support significant Transformation initiatives especially with regard to people change (HR initiatives, etc) and have a communications and business change background. A key question will be around taking a challenge of delivering "cultural change" and turn that into a plan of action that can be keyed into and delivered by business managers? Three crucial aspects to this role will require strong and proven capability to deliver Cultural and Behavioural Change, able to deal with Senior Management and to influence without direct authority, alongside strong awareness and experience in Regulatory & Compliance activities, preferably in the utilities/Electricity Industry.
