Senior Business Change Business Analyst

Senior Business Change Business Analyst is required by HSBC Investment Bank.

This role is base within the Strategic Sourcing Solutions (SSS) team within Global Banking

- Change Services/Change Delivery/Change Management
- Project Management
- Proven experience of Transition planning and service transition
- Proven business analysis experience with strong delivery focus
- A structured and practical approach with an ability to create clarity out of ambiguity and present problem statements and associated analysis in a way that is easily understood
- Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively
- Drive and motivation to engage fully in the programme, to further develop the programme
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills

It would be highly adventurous to have the following skills/experience;

- Experience gained from either working in the sourcing function of a large institution, preferably Financial Services, or a consultancy advising on sourcing, or experience working on large scale offshoring projects
- End to end Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing (ITO)
