Senior Business Assurance Manager

A Senior Business Assurance Manager is required for this Government client, located between london and Croydon, duties will be:
Supplier Management
- Provide the primary interface for consumed systems and services
- Develop understanding of the service direction that, related to the business, plans
- Develop a strong working level relationship with managers and technical Subject Matter Experts, to assist with escalations and the needs of specific information related to services provided
- Identify and attend key review meetings ensuring that the customer view is represented and routes for escalation are known Services Improvement
- Manages the agreed list of Service Improvement activity
- Work with the Business Engagement team to understand the pressures from that may drive future service improvement activity
- Continually assess the service for improved performance within the budget or reduced costs whilst maintaining the existing standard of service Budgetary
- Regularly review the lines of services that relate to the Operate services identifying where opportunities and pressures exist and working to identify the root cause/follow-on actions
- Feed into the annual cycle to review and capture ongoing and new Operate costs to inform the annual funding process IT Services Management
- Ensure that key Service Management processes are reviewed regularly and improvements recommended for implementation
- Specific activity, to ensure that effective communication channels are in place for major incidents for all consumed systems
- Attend major incident reviews, ensuring that follow-on actions are identified and completed in a timely fashion by suppliers Reporting Requirements
- Work with the Business/Performance team to identify reporting information needs to accurately assess the quality and performance of services delivered

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
