For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for two experienced

SR. BUSINESS ANALYSTS - REGULATORY REPORTING/BCBS283 (4709)

This role will be within the Finance Change area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in delivering major projects in a financial or regulatory reporting function.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS A BUSINESS ANALYST WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES
- STRONG BCBS283 KNOWHOW - BCBS266 WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN DELIVERING MAJOR PROJECTS IN A FINANCIAL OR REGULATORY REPORTING FUNCTION (SNB, FINMA, PRA, BOE)
- Technical knowledge including Data Warehousing (ORACLE SQL) is required for testing activities
- COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AND CORRESPONDING IT SOLUTIONS FOR FULL MONTH END PROCESSING

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analysis and gathering of requirements from a reporting and sourcing perspective
- Liaise with the upstream data provider to ensure additional requirements are reflected accordingly
- Drive change with SMEs and IT contacts and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met on time in budget and quality.
- Drive overall work stream delivery to ensure that all requirements are addressed
- Working jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions.
