Senior Business Analyst with a Derivatives Trading Background (2672)

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis, definition and control of the regulatory trade reporting requirements of the asset management organization
- Coordination of the overall project delivery to ensure that requirements are addressed
- Provide business analysis support and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of demanding business stakeholders are met
- Working independently, or managing a small team, under the guidance of project and program management
- Working jointly with an IT and business organizations to implement an effective business solution

Required Skills/Experience:

- Business analyst experience with proven ability to analyze and document complex business requirements
- BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND - IDEALLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) IN THE AREA OF ASSET MANAGEMENT
- FAMILIARITY WITH FINANCIAL DERIVATIVES (LISTED AND OTC, ESPECIALLY FX AND RATES)
- Recent regulatory project experience, ideally in the trade reporting area (esp. EMIR)
- Business testing experience (UAT) is a plus
- Technical/IT background advantageous (esp. fund management systems)
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must, German an advantage, but not essential
