Senior Business Analyst, (SC Cleared, SC Clearance)

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, (SC CLEARED, SC CLEARANCE)

An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to work as part of a requirements team on a high profile IT transformation project within a central government organisation. The incumbent will be responsible for leading requirements and testing activities for a specific capability area contributing to the Commercial, Off the Shelf (COTS).

Skills and Credentials:

In depth knowledge and strong experience of:

- Workshop facilitation;
- Stakeholder management;
- Requirements analysis and management for COTS application configuration;
- Team leadership;
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script writing and management; and
- Test defect resolution
- Business process analysis; and
- Business reporting requirements analysis.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, time management and task prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and analyse situations and options effectively.
- ISEB or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience of MOD preferred
- BPSS or SC Security Clearance preferred but not essential.
- Must have been a UK resident for 5 years or more.

EXPERIENCE OF IBM TRIRIGA AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HIGHLY DESIRABLE
