ROLE - Senior Business Analyst

DURATION - 6 months

LOCATION - Bristol

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

To deliver capabilities and process improvements in the small and micro business sector to improve our competitive position in this important driver of the UK economy.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Responsible for working on the development of a PEGA Enterprise Case Management Solution with IT using RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology for image and workflow.

- MUST HAVE significant PEGA experience, ideally Enterprise Case Management
- Requirements Gathering and definition
- Process Analysis and Design
- Functional specifications and Logical Datamodelling
- Designing and implementing strategic target operating models
- assimilating, understanding and documenting complex systems

CORE SKILLS

- RETAIL BANKING EXPERIENCE
- Specialist in assimilating, understanding and documenting complex systems
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building, communication and management skills
- Strong process analysis skills with a view to re-engineer for synergies and improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding presentation and workshop skills
- Skilled in Solution Architecture/Design
- Strong in the disciplines of documenting requirements, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Excellent trouble-shooter/problem-solver
- Good knowledge of wholesale banking models, principals and regulation
- Extensive knowledge of complex wholesale banking areas particularly Client Banking
- Advanced MS Excel Skills and strong MS Access Skills
- Dynamic and aesthetic presentation skills (particularly using MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
