ROLE - Senior Business Analyst

DURATION - 6 months

LOCATION - Halifax

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

This is a group wide project which will involve working with key stakeholders from across the business to both identify and drive through resolution of customer issues to a successful conclusion with a clear focus on doing the right thing for customers and ensuring that any best proactive and process is Embedded.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- The role is required to provide in depth analysis into Customer Rectifications. It is a high profile role and specialist skills are required in Root Cause Analysis to enable the programme to define the actual causes for any Customer Rectifications to prevent re-occurrence.
- The Customer Rectifications programme identify and drive through resolution of customer issues to a successful conclusion with a clear focus on doing the right thing for customers and ensuring that any best proactive and process is Embedded.

Key accountabilities include:

- Define the Route Cause for a range of Customer Rectifications
- Undertake in depth and accurate analysis.
- Support the Project Manager throughout the project Lifecycle
- Stakeholder Management: Develops and maintains effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues.
