DESCRIPTION:
Working on project or application maintenance and support for the Regulatory Compliance Groups
The Senior Business Analyst roles and responsibilities include:
- Develops and manages requirements plans, negotiating deadlines and deliverables
- Engages business, business stakeholders and information technology stakeholders to collect and document detailed business and information technology requirements
- Analyzes business and information technology requirements to outline solution alternatives considering benefits, risks and costs
- Collaborates with business, business stakeholders and information technology stakeholders in identifying and selecting solutions for implementation
- Monitors and adapts requirements plans in response to dependencies, changes in business requirements and delivery challenges
- Communicates requirements and implementation status to application managers and team members
- Facilitates communications and collaboration between business, stakeholders and team members
- Actively collaborates with information technology groups and stakeholders to support the delivery of organizational and information technology objectives
- Supports the productivity and efficiency of the Investment IT Regulatory Compliance manager and team
SKILLS:
- At least 5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the investment industry
- A minimum of 3 years IT experience
- Minimum 1 year investment Regulatory Compliance experience
- Must have good communication skills.
- Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
