Large Financial Services Organisation is seeking several Senior Business Analyst's with extensive Legislative change and compliance experience.

As the Senior Business analyst your responsibilities are to:

- Identify and define appropriate project scope to deliver desired customer and business outcomes
- Lead team members by prioritising and assigning work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
- Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify and define relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirements and constant assessment of progress
- Gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in
- communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope
- Identifying and defining business needs and problems/issues and defining and developing a feasible solution scope
- Assessing and documenting the current state of business to identify and recommend improvements and verification and validation of resulting requirements
- Complete or oversee project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability
- Provide management and leadership of your team and complete associated tasks
- Identifying and managing gaps, determining the effectiveness of proposed solutions and developing Business Requirements documents and models
- Using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture, convert business needs into functional designs
- Lead and facilitate business stakeholders towards functional design decisions
- Develop appropriate concept papers, design specifications and delivery of learning's to end users

You must have:

- Minimum five years' business analysis or process improvement experience
- Minimum two years experience leading teams of Business Analysts
- Financial Services Industry Experience
- Experience on legislative change/regulatory reform projects
- Experience working on technology enabled projects
- Strong Communication Skills and
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
