Senior Business Analyst - Rail Freight Background (Q7)

Our customer, a leading Consulting Organisation is seeking an experienced SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST with a strong RAIL FREIGHT OR MINING LOGISTICS BACKGROUND for a 6 MONTH CONTRACT engagement in BRISBANE with a possible extension.   

PURPOSE:

You will be working on a business led project that is focused on providing operational improvement in the following areas:

- Train control
- Rail scheduling
- Crew rostering
- Asset condition monitoring

THE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR INCLUDE:

- Requirements gathering.
- Conducting and facilitating workshops and surveys.
- Business process modelling.
- Strong Documentation.
- Stakeholder management.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Liaising with internal and external personnel as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Those with experience working for a Consulting based organisation will be highly regarded!

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Solid Mining Logistics/Freigh Rail experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Train control
- Rail scheduling
- Crew rostering
- Asset condition monitoring
