SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER - PRIVATE BANKING (FRENCH, DUTCH, ENGLISH)
My international financial client based in Brussels seeks a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager who will focus on assisting the Private Banking and Wealth Management department on optimising the customer experience for their clients. The Epic (large program in an agile context) is thus dedicated to structurally bettering such experience.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
The Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager will operate with a multi-disciplinary project team composed of IT, Business, Process, Customer Experience and Legal participants.
Together with the project team, she/he will:
- (1) define a longer term vision,
- (2) translate it into concrete short & medium building blocks and
- (3) perform necessary analyses in order to gradually implement these building blocks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for (1):
- preparing workshops in order to shape the long term end-to-end Epic onboarding strategy
- feeding the workstream backlog by translating the long term strategy into key building blocks to be prioritised by the steering committee
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for (2) and (3):
- performing detailed business and process analyses
- steering the onboarding workstream on behalf of the Epic owner
- ensuring that stakeholders are involved and coordinated at all time
- ensuring that stakeholders' contribution is in line with the long term vision.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- supporting in the preparation of the Epic steering committee for the workstream in scope
- taking care of the administration of the Epic (light PMO) for the workstream in scope
LANGUAGES:
Professional knowledge of French, Dutch and English
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
4+ years of specific experience as a consultant, focused on strategy, customers, digital
or
10+ years of general experience as project manager
